多科合作全程衔接预防护理模式对降低危重患者压疮发生率的效果

The Effect of the Multi-Department Cooperation on the Prevention of Pressure Ulcers in Critically Ill Patients to Reduce the Convergence of the Incidence

目的研究多科合作全程衔接预防对降低危重患者压疮发生率的效果。方法回顾性分析深圳市第二人民医院实施多科室全程衔接压疮预防小组之前两年及之后两年入住ICU重症监护室的患者资料,分为对照组与观察组,分析采用多科合作全程衔接预防对危重患者压疮发生率的影响。结果与观察组相比,未实施多科全程衔接预防措施的对照组在入院后Barden评分、压疮发生率,以及压疮发生后的清创时间和愈合时间均显著低于对照组,在压疮发生后的评估时间以及记录时间均显著短于对照组,而护士对于压疮预防的专业知识评分方面,观察组显著高于对照组。结论成立压疮预防小组实施多科合作全程衔接预防,能够有效地降低重症患者的压疮发生率,压疮的发生时间与上报时间较实施前也显著提高,护士对于压疮护理的专业知识也得到较大的提升,值得推广应用。

Objective To explore the prevention effect of multi department cooperation throughout the cohesion of critically ill patients and reduce pressure ulcer incidence.Methods Retrospective analysis of the implementation of the multi-department of our hospital in the first two years and two years after the hospital admission in our hospital ICU intensive care unit patients as control group and observation group respectively.The use of multi-department cooperation to prevent the incidence of pressure ulcers in critically ill patients were analyzed.Results Compared with the observation group,control group,which did not implementing the multidisciplinary full convergence prevention measures,were significantly lower than that in the observation group on the aspect of Barden after the admission,pressure ulcer incidence,and cleaning after the occurrence of bedsore and healing time.The pressure ulcer after evaluation time and the recording time were significantly shorter than that of the control group,and the nurses＇ professional knowledge score of the prevention of pressure scores,the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group.Conclusion The implementation of multi-department cooperation and the establishment of the corresponding pressure ulcer prevention group,could effectively reduce the incidence of pressure ulcers in patients with ICU,and the occurrence time and reporting time could be also significantly improved,the nurse＇s professional knowledge of the pressure sores was also a big improvement,and it could be worthy of clinical application.
