根除幽门螺杆菌对非酒精性脂肪肝病伴幽门螺杆菌感染治疗的影响

Effect of Helicobacter pylori eradication on patients of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease complicated with Helicobacter pylori infection

目的:探讨根除幽门螺杆菌(HP)对治疗非酒精性脂肪肝病(NAFLD)伴HP感染的影响。方法:选取NAFLD伴HP感染患者140例,随机分为观察组与对照组各70例。两组均予多烯磷脂酰胆碱胶囊联合二甲双胍治疗,观察组在此基础上联合根除HP三联疗法。疗程结束后比较两组的治疗效果以及治疗前后血脂水平、肝功能、HP根除情况。结果:观察组治疗总有效率(90.0%)明显高于对照组(75.7%),HP根除率为92.9%。两组治疗后谷氨酸转氨酶(ALT)、天冬氨酸转氨酶(AST)、甘油三酯(TG)及低密度脂蛋白(LDL)水平均明显下降(均P<0.05),观察组较对照组下降更显著(均P<0.05)。结论:根除HP治疗有利于改善NAFLD伴HP感染患者的血脂水平、肝功能及临床症状,可以明显提高治疗NAFLD的效果。

Objective： To study the effect of Helicobacter pylori（ HP） eradication on patients of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease（ NAFLD） complicated with HP infection. Methods： One hundred and forty NAFLD patients complicated with HP infection were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 70 in each group. Both groups were treated with polyene phosphatidyl choline in combination with metformin,while the observation group was additionly given HP eradication therapy. The levels of blood lipid,liver function,HP eradication rate were determined before and after treatment,and the clinical curative effect was also compared after treatment. Results： The curative rate and HP eradication rate in the observation group were 90. 0% and 92. 9%respectively,and curative rate was significantly higher than that in the control group（ 75. 7%）. The levels of ALT,AST,TG and LDL dramatically declined（ P 〈0. 05） in the two groups after treatment,but these levels in the observation group were much lower than those in the control group（ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion： HP eradication therapy is conducive to improving the blood lipid,liver function and clinical symptoms in the NAFLD patients with HP infection,which could enhance curative effect significantly.
