拓扑绝缘体国际发展态势文献计量分析

摘要 拓扑绝缘体是最近几年发现的一种全新的量子物态,是目前凝聚态物理学最活跃的研究前沿之一。拓扑绝缘体研究不仅对探索和发现新的量子现象具有重要意义,而且具有巨大应用前景和市场潜力。该文基于Web of Science(WOS)和Thomson Innovation(TI)数据库,对拓扑绝缘体研究论文和专利进行了定量分析,呈现了拓扑绝缘体研究的国际发展态势,并对中国拓扑绝缘体研究提出了建议。 Topological insulator is a new quantum state of matter that has been discovered in recent years, it is one of the most active research frontiers of" condensed physics. The research is significant for exploring and discovering new quantum phenomena, the application landscape and the market potentials are very promising. Here, based on Web of Science and Thomson Innovation, we show the international research trends of topological insulators by qualitatively analyzing the research articles and patents. And we provide some suggestions for promoting the research of topological insulators in China.
