摘要 通过扫描电镜、透射电镜、硬度与冲击试验以及冲刷磨损试验,对超级马氏体不锈钢00Cr13Ni4Mo在8种不同热处理工艺下的力学性能与抗磨蚀性能进行了研究。结果表明:00Cr13Ni4Mo钢在550~650℃回火后产生逆变奥氏体,逆变奥氏体降低了材料的强度与硬度,增加了材料的韧性;00Cr13Ni4Mo钢的抗磨蚀性能主要与硬度有关,而与其冲击韧性关系较小;从材料性能和经济性综合考虑,00Cr13Ni4Mo钢最佳热处理工艺为1 050℃/9h正火+550℃/6h一次回火处理。 The mechanical properties and anti-abrasion properties of 00Cr13Ni4 Mo super martensitic stainless steel under 8heat treatment processes were investigated,through a series of tests,such as scanning electron microscopy analysis,transmission electron microscopy analysis,hardness and impact test,and the erosion wear test.The results show that,the reverse austenite formed after the 00Cr13Ni4 Mo steel was tempered at 550℃to 650℃,which reduced the strength and hardness of the material and increased the toughness of the material.The anti-abrasion performance of the 00Cr13Ni4 Mo steel is primarily related to its hardness,while the material's toughness affected little.Comprehensively considering the properties and the economy,being normalized at 1 050 ℃for 9hand first tempered at 550 ℃for 6his the most suitable heat treatment process for this kind of steel.
