浆细胞多发性骨髓瘤合并继发性红细胞增多症1例并文献复习

A case of multiple myeloma with the secondary polycythemia and literature review

多发性骨髓瘤（multiple myeloma,MM）属于造血系统恶性肿瘤,是浆细胞恶性增生产生M蛋白所致,多发生于50~70岁的老年人,随着老龄化的到来,其发病率呈逐年上升趋势。MM患者多数因骨痛,肾损害及贫血就诊,是肿瘤相关慢性病贫血的代表性疾病。我科近期收治1例MM合并继发性红细胞增多症患者,现报告如下,并进行相关文献复习,以提高临床医生对此类少见合并症的认识。

To explore clinical features,diagnosis and treatment of multiple myeloma with secondary polycythemia.We analyzed a case of multiple myeloma with the secondary polycythemia,and carried on the literature review.According to the clinical and related inspection,the patient was diagnosed.This disease is clinically rare,and we should strengthen the understanding of it.
