Two Kinds of Culture Medium on Polluting Beer Wild Yeast Culture Effect Comparison

使用2种不同的培养基来检测4种污染性啤酒野生酵母,考察2种培养基的培养效果,以期找到更合适啤酒厂日常测酵母菌用培养基,结果发现2种培养基在培养污染性啤酒野生酵母的效果上未存在明显的差异,但是从经济成本和方便性考虑,WA培养基更适合啤酒厂日常检测。

This article used two different types of culture medium to detect the four kinds of wild polluting beer yeast,to investigate the effect of these two kinds of culture media,in order to find a more suitable brewery yeast daily test media,the results showed that two kinds of culture medium on the effect of wild yeast culture polluting beer was no obvious difference,but taking the economic cost and convenience into consideration,WA culture medium was more suitable for brewery routine detection.
