发展职业教育,是国家推行现代化建设,培养高素质职业技能人才的战略性举措。通过深入分析当前在实施烹饪人才培养过程中遇到的一个现实问题—老肉嫩化,结合个人多年的教育教学经验,提出一些关于老肉嫩化的建议和对策。
Development of vocational education is a strategic initiatives to implement the national modernization and training of qualified personnel vocational skills. This paper analyzed the current problems in the implementation of a real culinary talent cultivation encountered- old meat tenderizer,combined with personal years of teaching experience,some suggestions and countermeasures on solving old meat tenderizer.
