国内邮轮游客特征研究——以歌诗达大西洋号为例

邮轮旅游在我国属于一种新兴的旅游方式,近年来受到产业界和理论界的普遍关注,但目前国内对邮轮旅游的研究比较匮乏,所能提供的有关邮轮游客特征的信息较少。本文通过问卷分析,得出歌诗达大西洋号国内邮轮游客特征有以下几种:游客以中青年为主,多数游客是首次乘坐邮轮;客源地以华东、广东及东北为主;游客年龄集中在18到35岁之间,职业多是事业单位、公司职员和企业管理人员,月收入在5001到15000元;离岸旅游主要选择跟随旅行社,出游消费动机较集中统一,消费构成较单一传统;邮轮航线选择集中于欧洲和中日韩航线,航程天数为五天左右;游客对邮轮生活整体评价较高。

Cruise Tourism in our country belongs to a new way of tourism, in recent years by the widespread concern of the industry and the theoretical circles, but the current domestic research on cruises relatively scarce and can provide related to cruise tourists characteristics of less information. This article through the questionnaire analysis, draws the following Costa Atlantica domestic cruise tourists features： tourists mainly to young people, the majority of tourists is the first to take a cruise; in East China, Guangdong and the northeast of China are the source; tourists age concentrated between 18 to 35 years old, career is more institutions, company staff and enterprise management personnel, monthly income in 5001 to 15000 yuan; offshore tourism mainly choose to follow the travel agents, travel consumption motivation is centralized and unified, consumption structure compared to the single conventional; cruise route selection in Europe and China, Japan and South Korea route, flight a few days for about five days; tourists have a higher overall evaluation on the cruise life.
