网格化管理是在社会治理中探索的一种新模式,是向服务型政府转变的一项重要举措,网格化服务管理是借助一定的技术手段,实现精细化管理,以便更好地服务群众。从相关的调查来看,目前网格化管理在基层服务中起到了一定的积极作用,但是在实际中也并非完美无缺。本文试图以山东省枣庄市市中区为个案进行研究,发现网格化管理存在的一些问题,找出合适的解决对策。使网格化服务管理的优势得到最大程度的发挥。

grid management is a new mode of exploration in social governance, is to change the service type government is an important measure, grid service management is through certain technical means, the realization of the refinement of management, so as to better serve the people. From the relevant survey, the current grid management in the basic services played a positive role, but in reality is not perfect. This paper attempts to Zaozhuang city in Shandong Province as a case study, found that the grid management of some of the existing problems, to find a suitable solution.
