摘要
博禄公司的RD265CF由北星双峰技术BORSTAR产生,专门设计用于MCPP的电晕层。通过将RD265CF生产的和三元共聚物生产的MCPP进行试验比较,在附着牢度、镀铝之后铝面的电晕值保持、镀铝薄膜和印刷膜复合牢度等方面二者无太大差异,结果表明,RD265CF完全可以取代三元共聚物,并更具成本优势。
Borouge's RD265CF, produc for the corona layer of MCPP. Test results ed by their Borstar technology, is specifically designed of MCPP produced by RD265CF and terpolymers showed little difference in adhesion fastness, corona value of the aluminum surface after aluminum plating and lamination fastness of the plated aluminum and printed films. This result means that RD265CF can completely replace terpolymers, with the added advantage of lower costs.
