论即兴舞蹈及其教学实践的价值与意义

Impromptu Dance and Its Value and Significance in Dance Practice

即兴舞蹈是一名优秀舞者必备的能力,它是对舞者的感知力、应变力、表现力、想象力的考验。它可以带给舞蹈者从未有过的身心自由体验,尝试着放下思维惯性和身体的习惯动作,尝试着用肢体探索不同的时空力,这是对自我身心的开拓性的再认识,同时也是舞蹈编导创作的有效手段。本文对当前即兴舞蹈教学开展的现状进行了抽样调查与问题分析。对于实践中的不足,笔者进一步从即兴舞蹈的训练价值与方法展开论述,以期提高对即兴舞蹈在教学、编创中的意义与价值的认识。

Impromptu dance is a requisite capability of a talented dancer. It tests a dancer＇s perceptivity,flexibility,imagination as well as expressiveness. It also allows dancers to experience physical and mental freedom and to give up familiar patterns of thinking and movements. Dancers will use their bodies to explore forces from different time and space,which is a pioneering re-understanding of their own mind and body and serves as an effective means of choreography. Owing to characteristics of improvisation,similar to the spirit of post-modern dance,such as uncertainty,probability,imaginativeness and creativeness,dance improvisation has become the major form of post-modern dance. Just as the chance operation by Merce Cunningham,impromptu dance is widely applied in creation and performance of dance works by choreographers of post-modern choreographers and dancers.
