中、高职业院校舞蹈专业的困境与发展探析

The Predicament and Development of Dance Majors in Vocational Colleges

本文从中、高职业院校舞蹈专业面临的困境说起,提出人才培养定位不清、教学质量不均衡、就业情况不符合市场的现象,提出中、高职业院校舞蹈专业应改革培养模式,廓清人才培养定位,强化中职、高职人才培养定位的结构性区别;根据社会需求,有针对性地调整培养方案;建设以"应用"为主线的课程群与课程模块。

The paper begins with the difficulties and the problems for the dance major in higher vocational colleges,including unclear orientation of talent cultivation,unbalanced teaching quality and the unconformity employment situation with job market. The paper suggests that the dance major in middle and higher vocational colleges should reform their modes of talent cultivation,clarify the orientation of dance education and enhance the structural distinctions of talent cultivation. It is necessary to adjust the programs of talent cultivation and to construct curriculum group and curriculum modules in the guidance of application.
