Construction of a Modern Remote Education System

随着知识经济时代的到来 ,新千年伊始我国加入 WTO,我国的经济正在发生着巨大的变化 .知识经济的发展促进了现代教育技术的发展 .该文给出现代远程教育的四种技术模式 。

With the advent of knowledge economy at the beginning of the new century, China has entered the WTO. This will have profound impact on the Chinese economy. Development of the knowledge economy will promote the development of modern educational technology. This paper introduces four models of modern remote education, together with some core techniques and applications.
