中国城市生态环境共同体与城市森林建设策略

A Community of Common Environment for City Cluster and Strategy of Urban Forest Construction in China

城市森林是城市有生命的生态基础设施,是城市生态安全的重要保障。文中从城市连片发展、污染跨区域传播、生态系统破碎、休闲空间不足、外来景观入侵、伪生态行为泛滥等6个方面分析了中国城镇化发展过程中与生态环境相关的突出问题,提出要树立城市森林生态系统、城乡生态景观一体、城市群环境共同体、地域乡愁生态景观、城市森林百年大计的森林城市建设观念,改正破坏河岸自然植被、全面硬化河道、净化城市林地落叶等伪生态行为。最后,针对城市森林建设的5个方向提出了14条具体建设意见。

Being the living urban eco-infrastructure, urban forest is an important guarantee to urban ecological securi- ty. This paper analyzed the key problems of ecological environment in the process of urbanization development in Chi- na in terms of continuous urban development, cross-region pollution spread, ecosystem fragmentation, lack of recrea- tional space, alien landscape invasion and the proliferation of pseudo-ecological behavior. We came up with five con- cepts of the urban forest construction, including establishment of urban forest ecosystem, integration of urban and rural landscapes, a community of common environment for urban cluster, local nostalgia ecological landscape, and the long-term goal of urban forest development. It was suggested to correct the pseudo-ecological behaviors such as the de- struction of natural riparian vegetation, hardening river bed and cleaning up of the fallen leaves in city woodland. Fi- nally, we put forward 14 specific suggestions based on the 5 concepts for the construction of urban forest.
