基于边际和管理熵理论的组织沟通频率的阈值确定 被引量:1

摘要 适度频率的沟通能有效化解冲突并提高组织绩效,但沟通频率最佳阈值的确定却一直是一个黑箱问题。将边际效用理论和管理熵理论引入沟通管理领域,提出了边际沟通化解度和累计沟通化解度的概念。运用行为实验研究和Wilcoxon符号秩检验方法发现了边际沟通化解度随沟通频率的增加而递减的规律;揭示了累计沟通化解度随沟通频率的增加呈现倒U型曲线;证明了当边际沟通化解度为0时,累计沟通化解度达到最大值,并将此时的沟通频率确定为最佳阈值。 It is necessary to find the optimal threshold of the communication frequency for resolving conflicts effectively and improving organizational performance. First,we should bring forward the concept of marginal communication resolution degree and cumulative communication resolution degree based on marginal utility theory and entropy theory and find the law of marginal communication resolution degree diminishing with the increase of communication frequency by behavioral experiment method and independent sample tests. Besides,we should reveal the cumulative communication resolution degree to show an inverted U- shaped curve with the increase of communication frequency. At last,we should prove that the cumulative communication resolution degree reached its maximum when marginal communication resolution degree is zero and communication frequency reached its optimal threshold value at that time.
