中共反腐警示教育的演进、意义与改进策略研究

On the Evolution,Significance and Improving Strategies of the Party's Anti- corruption Warning Education

警示教育是党的思想政治教育工作的重要组成部分,是惩治和预防腐败体系中极为重要的一环。建党之初至今,党的反腐警示教育经历了早期探索阶段、持续推进阶段和创新发展阶段。新的历史条件下,持之以恒地开展警示教育,是落实"全面从严治党"重大战略部署的重要辅助手段;可以充分发挥思想教育的说服力、震慑力和预防力;有利于社会主义现代化建设。要增强警示功能,必须改进策略:扩大警示教育对象,把握警示教育时机,拓宽警示教育场所,优化警示教育内容,深化警示教育效果。

Warning education is an important part of the party’s ideological and political education work,an extremely important step in the system of punishing and preventing corruption. Since the founding of the party,anti- corruption warning education has experienced the early exploration,continuous promotion and innovative development. In the New historical condition,it is an important supplementary means to continuously carry out warning education to implement the major strategic deployment of＂comprehensive governing the party＂,which can give full play to the ideological education of persuasion,deterrence and prevention and is advantageous to the construction of socialist modernization. To strengthen the function of warning,strategy must be improved： expanding the object,grasping the opportunity,broadening the places,optimizing the content,and deepening the effect.
