经颅多普勒超声在慢性大脑中动脉闭塞中的诊断价值 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨经颅多普勒超声(TCD)对慢性大脑中动脉(MCA)闭塞的诊断价值。方法:回顾我院神经内科收治经DSA或MRA确诊的30例MCA闭塞患者,其中26例为TCD确诊、4例为TCD漏诊,将2组患者的数据进行比较分析。结果:慢性MCA闭塞时TCD可表现患侧MCA低速低搏动,与对侧大脑中动脉频谱相比收缩期峰流速相差>20%,血流顺序变化及侧支循环的开放;而在漏诊病例中未发现患侧MCA明显减慢低平血流频谱,但血流次序发生变化。结论:TCD在慢性大脑中动脉闭塞的诊断中具有重要价值。
