在回顾双涂层面漆喷涂工艺发展沿革的基础上,介绍了底色漆的名称、功能及特性,纠正技术用语上的概念偏差,并指出加速底色漆水性化的意义。

On the basis of looking back to the development history of spraying technology about double-coated top coat,the name,function and character of base coat were introduced. The concept deviation of technical term was corrected. And the meaning of accelerating development of waterborne base coat was pointed out.
