摘要
为客户提供满意的个性化物流服务是网购企业提升客户体验价值和竞争力的关键,满意的个性化物流服务需要对网购企业后台运行的供应链资源进行有效整合。当前,第四方物流(4PL)在实践中的成功运作,逐步表明它是实现供应链复杂资源合理、高效、灵活整合的有效模式。在网购供应链资源整合特征分析的基础上,基于网购个性化物流服务模式分析并挖掘出资源整合的主导因素,建立了整合决策的优化数学模型,构建了改进的蚁群寻优算法来实现整合决策优化的求解。最后,通过算例仿真验证了算法的有效性与可行性。
How to provide satisfactory individual logistics service to customers is the key to enhance the customer perceived value and competitiveness of online shopping enterprise.The success depends on the rational and effective integration of the resources in the whole supply chain.It has been gradually shown that the successful operations of the fourth party logistics in practice is an effective way to integrate the complex supply chain resources relationally,efficiently and flexibly.Based on the characteristic analysis of the resources integration in the online shopping supply chain,we identify the dominant factors of the resource integration by analyzing individual logistics service modes in online shopping,build the integration decision optimization model and propose an improved ant algorithm to solve the decision model.We also discuss the effectiveness and feasibility of the algorithm by simulation.
