基于因子分析的绿色产业评价指标体系构建模型及实证

Construction and Application of Green Industry Evaluation Indicator System based on Factor Analysis

建立合理的绿色产业评价指标体系是测评和规范绿色产业发展的关键。利用R聚类与因子分析相结合的定量指标筛选方法,构建了囊括26个指标涉及绿色生产、绿色消费与绿色环境3个准则层的绿色产业评价指标体系。本文的创新与特色:1通过因子分析筛选出各个类中信息含量最大的指标,保证了筛选出的指标对评价结果影响最大。2利用R聚类对同一准则层内的指标进行分类,既保证了从不同类别筛选出的指标反映的信息不重复,又保证了筛选后的指标体系能够覆盖绿色产业评价的各个方面。3通过因子分析遴选信息含量最大的指标,建立了由绿色生产、绿色消费与绿色环境3个准则层组成的绿色产业评指标体系。

Constructing a reasonable indicators system for green industry evaluation is the key to evaluating and regulating the development of green industry.We use quantitative index screening method of R cluster-factor analysis and build a green industry indicators system,which contains 26 indicators and three criterion layers of green production,green consumption and green environment.The contributions of this study can be summarized as follows：（1）we use factor analysis screening the indicators that contain the richest information,ensuring the selected indicators are the most significant to the evaluation;（2）we use R cluster analysis to classify indicators in the same layer,not only ensuring that different indicators represent the different characteristics of the data,but also avoiding that the different indicators reflect repeated information;（3）according to the connotation of green industry and based on authorities classic view on high frequency index,we establish the green industry indicators system which contains three criterion layers of green production,green consumption and green environment.
