摘要
基于许渊冲的优化论,对比分析了Babylon Revisited的三个译本以及译语与源语之间的差异,旨在说明文学作品重译中优化论的运用,以助读者更好地欣赏这一名篇佳作。
Based on XU Yuan-chong's theory of advantage and rivalry,this paper comparatively analyses three translation versions of Babylon revisited,and the differences between target language and source language. It aims to illustrate the use of the advantage and rivalry theory in literary retranslation,thus to help readers better appreciate the masterpiece.
