摘要
班级管理工作的重点是德育教育,德育教育的效果在于方法方式,良性互动是对于应用型本科类学校学生进行管理的基础和前提;赏识与激励教育是良性互动教育管理模式的基础;良性互动在实施的过程中是有原则可依,在具体班级管理工作中有方法可循的;良性互动是在抓住当代大学生心理问题的关键下,提高学生教育工作质量的重要保障。
Moral education is the key of the class management, in which the positive interaction is the basis and the premises. Recognition and motivation education is the foundation of the positive interaction management model. There are some principles and ways to follow in the process of applying the positive interaction model in the class management. Positive interaction is the guarantee to improve the quality of student management work.
