摘要
采用热浸镀工艺模拟机,研究钢板浸入不同Al含量的锌液中保持一定时间后,镀层质量的变化。结果显示,镀锌浸润时间从2.5s增加到5.5s时,镀层重量和厚度变化较小。辉光检测锌液中Al含量增加,镀层重量和厚度均有明显的提高,在镀锌浸润时间4s时差异最大,当Al含量从0.15%增加到0.29%,镀层重量和厚度提高45g/m^2和5μm。镀层截面形貌观察与辉光检测结果吻合,锌液中Al含量较低时镀层偏薄,且与钢基结合处较为粗糙,锌液中Al含量较高时镀层明显增厚,且镀层/钢基结合处平滑、连续。
Different dipping time and zinc bath chemistry were conducted by a hot dipping process simulator in laboratory to study their effect on coating weight and thickness.The results show that,when the experimental steels were immersed for 2.5s,4s,5.5sin a Zn-0.15/0.29%Al zinc bath,the coating weight increased a little with the immersion time,but increased a lot as Al content in the zinc bath increased.When the immersion time was 4s,the margin was the largest with 45g/m^2 and 5μm improving for coating weight and thickness,respectively.The SEM morphology of the coating consisted with the measurements of GDOES(Glow Discharge Optical Emissivity Spectroscopy),the coating was thinner and coarser along the binding site with lower Al content,and when Al content increased,the coating became thicker and smoother on the binding site.
