摘要
翻转课堂是当前被广泛提倡的教学改革措施,但在具体的高职英语教学实践中,翻转课堂也存在一定的困境:教师教学任务加重;教师不能及时转变自我角色;学生的学习自主性不强;教学效果不够显著。本文提出解决这种困境的主要途径是:教师转变教学观念、选取优秀学生进行试点改革、学校加大教师培训力度、学校提供技术和政策支持。
Currently,the flipped classroom is a widely advocated teaching measure,and it also has a theoretical feasibility in higher vocational English teaching.But in the specific vocational college English teaching practice,flipped classroom also faces some difficulties:first,it increases teachers' workload teaching task;second,it's difficult for teachers to transform their roles in a short time;third,students' desire of autonomy is not intense;fourth,teaching effect is insignificant.Thus,this paper puts forward some main solutions:teachers adopt flexible teaching concept and select outstanding students to carry out the pilot reform;schools put more stress on teachers training and provide technical and policy support.
