摘要
高频变压器是开关变换器中的最重要的元件之一,测试磁性元件在各种工况下的磁芯功耗可避免磁芯过热引起的系统失效。论文研究了泰克AFG3022B任意函数发生器与Arb Express波形编辑软件组合产生波形的三种方法:波形直接生成法、波形数学运算法和公式编辑法。通过与功率放大器、数字示波器等测试仪器结合,文中基于公式编辑法给出了模拟开关变换器中磁芯所承受的方波、矩形波、对称波等典型激励波形,磁损测试平台的实验结果验证了该方法的可行性。
High frequency transformer is one of the most important components in the switched mode power converter.By testing magnetic components under various operating conditions,we can avoid the overheating cores which may cause failure of the whole system. This paper mainly studies three methods through combining the arbitrary function generator of Tektronix AFG3022 B with the Arb Express software: direct method of waveform generation,the method of waveform math and the method of equation editor. Combining the power amplifier,digital oscilloscope and other test instruments,we can effectively simulate the core excitation waveforms such as square wave,rectangular wave,symmetric wave and other typical waveforms. Based on the method of equation editor,the experimental results validate the availability of the proposed method.
