摘要
新能源电源和非线性负荷的大规模接入,加剧了电网的动态特性,给现有的电能表计量方法带来了新的挑战。为了解决动态电能计量方法的最大难题——溯源问题,从动态信号的特征分析入手,对动态信号的特征进行抽取和数学建模,提出了一种可溯源的电能表动态性能测量的详细方法,并分析了其溯源特性,确保动态性能各量值准确、可靠,为动态信号的电能计量溯源提供了一种全新的理念与技术探索思路。
The large scale access of new energy source and nonlinear load increases the dynamic characteristics of grid,and has brought new challenges to the existing power metering method. In order to solve the the biggest problems of dynamic electric energy metering method-the traceability problem,this paper starts from the analysis of the dynamic characteristics of the signal,and the characteristics of dynamic signal extraction and mathematical modeling,presents a detailed method of electric energy meter dynamic performance measurement,and analyzes the characteristics of the traceability source,to ensure that the dynamic performance of value is accurate,reliable. The dynamic signal of the electric energy measurement traceability provides a new idea and technology to explore ideas.
