The Integration of Disciplinary and Specialty Construction in Undergraduate Colleges and Universities

摘要 高校的学科建设与专业建设在本质上是相互支撑、相互耦合的,存在着广泛的协同关系。学科建设为专业建设提供支撑,专业建设为学科建设提供动力。由于思想认识上存在的误区、传统管理体制的限宥以及学科与专业的受重视度不同等原因,当前本科院校在学科建设与专业建设方面存在相互割裂的"两张皮"现象,阻碍了各自的发展。顺应高等教育改革发展的趋势,实施学科专业一体化建设是必要选择,要从理念转变、导向机制、课程建设、学术组织建设以及激励评价机制等方面探寻其实施路径。 Essentially,the disciplinary construction and specialty construction in China's undergraduate colleges and universities are mutually supportive and coupling,and have a synergic relationship.Specifically,the disciplinary construction supports the specialty construction,and the specialty construction provides the power to the disciplinary construction.However,due to some misunderstandings in people's mind,limitations of traditional administrative system,and the differences of emphasis,there is a phenomenon of mutual separation in disciplinary construction and specialty construction,which is known as ' Two Skins'.To a certain extent,it inhibits the development of both factors.To go with the tide of revolution in higher education,integration of disciplinary and specialty construction might be a necessary choice.Therefore,the right methods should be found out from such measures as shifts in thought,oriented mechanism,curricula construction,academic organization construction and incentive evaluation mechanism.
