花生分段收获机械研究现状及应用对策

Research Situation and Prospect on Peanut Indirect Harvesters

分段收获是我国大部分地区广泛应用的花生收获方式,花生收获机是分段收获中重要的作业机具,实现分段收获机械化,可降低收获作业成本,提高收获作业效率,对实现我国花生生产机械化具有重要作用。本文综述了目前我国花生分段收获机械的主要类型和特点,分析了花生收获机中的挖掘机构、分离机构、输送铺放机构等主要机构的形式和优缺点,指出了花生分段收获机应用中存在的问题,提出花生分段收获机械化的对策和建议。

Indirect harvest has been widely applied to harvesting peanut in major area of China,and peanut harvesters have been very important for indirect harvest.Realizing that mechanization for indirect harvesting peanuts can reduce operation cost and improve harvesting efficiency,mechanization for indirect harvesting plays an important role in peanut production of China.The main types and the features of indirect harvesters for peanut at present in China are discussed.The forms,advantages and disadvantages of major mechanisms in peanut harvest,such as digging parts,seperating devices and conveying parts,were analyzed.Among the peanut harvesters,some problems were proposed,the countermeasures and suggestions for mechanization of peanut harvest were prospected.
