Retrospect and Prospect of China's Adult Higher Education Transformation

随着成人教育的深入发展,学者们认为成人高等教育到了转型的关键时刻。成人高等教育转型具有重要的现实价值,但在转型过程中存在办学理念迷失、培养模式滞后和管理机制不完善等问题,应采取明确办学理念、完善培养模式和变革管理体制的策略。成人高等教育转型发展研究中存在研究人员结构不合理、研究方法单一和研究视野狭窄的问题,应加强成人高等教育研究力量、采用多种方法研究和开阔研究视野。

In recent years,with the further development of adult education,scholars think that adult higher education is now entering a key transformational period. The transformation of adult higher education has important practical significance. However,there still exist some problems in the process of transformation,such as the unclear educational philosophy,delayed training model and imperfect management mechanism. It is necessary to take actions such as clearing the educational philosophy,improve the training model and reform the management system in future. Even though there are some problems with the unbalanced structure of researchers,the single researching method and the narrow research view in the study of adult higher education transformation,it is essential for us to strengthen the research staff of adult higher education,diversify the research methods and broaden research views.
