农村空心化背景下职业农民培育的定位分析

农村空心化以人口的空心化最为突出,农村中青年人口向城市转移,农业发展的人力资源中坚力量逐渐薄弱,农民荒问题严重,很多土地被摞荒或者粗放种植,农业发展面临着巨大困境。农村空心化为农村发展带来农民荒问题的同时,也带来了农业规模化生产的机遇,破解农民荒问题、实现农业的规模化生产,需要走农民兼业化和职业化的双元路径。在农村空心化背景下,对农民培育进行兼业化和职业化定位分析,将有助于解决农业发展面临的困境,促进农业的现代化。

The most outstanding problem of rural hollowing is the hollowing out of rural population. Due to the emigration of young and middle-aged labors from the rural to urban area,the human resource is in great shortage in the process of agricultural developments. The shortage of rural labor leads to abandoned lands and extensive planting,which caused huge difficulties to the agricultural development. However,while the rural hollowing brings problems to the rural development,it also brings opportunities to the agricultural scaled production. In order to solve the shortage of rural labor and realized the scaled production,the double ways of professional and part-time peasants are essential. Under the background of rural hollowing,analyzing the orientation of cultivating the professional and part-time peasants could contribute to solve the dilemma of agricultural development and promoting its modernization.
