摘要
法律教育在社区教育体系中占据重要地位,但其从教育要求、课程内容和教学方式上都与社区教育不易融合。社区教育中的法律教育应以宪法中与居民生活密切相关的法律处理方法为教育内容,采取多样化的教学形式,注意教学语言和考核形式的运用,推动社区居民法治素质的提高,为推动全面依法治国做出贡献。
Legal education is very important in the system of community education. However,from the view of course content,education requirements and teaching method,its integration with community education is not easy. Legal education in the community education should be based on the handling method in constitution related to the daily life of everyone,and take diversify forms of teaching,pay more attention to the ways of instruction and assessment. In this way,the legal education could promote the legal quality of community residents and make contribution to the law-based governance.
