基于“终身教育”的高校网络远程教育发展路径刍议

The Development Path of Distance Network Education in Colleges and Universities Based on Lifelong Education

高校网络远程教育作为"终身教育"的重要组成部分,其功能并没有得到有效发挥。调查显示,很多高校网络远程教育存在办学理念不清晰、专业设置不科学、教学管理不到位和学生学习积极性不高、效果不好的问题。文章经过分析认为,应从建立现代远程教育资源的多元化投入机制、构建衔接本科教育且有学校特色的课程资源开发体系、不断优化高校网络远程教育师资队伍、设计更加合理的高校网络远程教育管理体系、制定更加合理的学员考核制度等方面入手,推动高校网络远程教育实现可持续发展,在公民"终身教育"中发挥更大作用。

As an important part of lifelong education,the function of college network distance education has not been effectively played. The survey shows that in many colleges and universities,the ideal of distance network education is not clear,curriculum setting is not reasonable,the teaching management is not appropriate,learning enthusiasm of students is not enough,the teaching effect is not satisfying. Through analysis,the article proposes,we should establish the diversified investing mechanism of modern distance education resources,construct the curriculum resources system according to the undergraduate education and school characteristic,continuously optimize the university distance network education management system,design a reasonable system of students assessment,promote the sustainable development of distance network education,and make it play a greater role in the citizen ＂lifelong education＂.
