社会从业人员队伍结构及优化职业供求关系研究——以福建省为例

摘要 福建省从业人员资源较为充沛,从业人员的产业分布逐步朝着合理化的方向发展,但也存在劳动参与率过高、低文化素质的人员需求较广、招工难和就业难的结构性供求矛盾突出等问题。改善福建就业市场的人员供给现状,要从改善教育结构,提高劳动者受教育水平以及加强技能型人才队伍建设等入手。要从根本上对现有资产存量与生产要素进行重组,提高产业的规模经济效益和行业关联度,提高从业人员的就业质量,逐步构建起有利于福建经济转型升级的现代人力资源体系。 Personnel resources in Fujian is relatively abundant.The industrial distribution of employees is gradually developing in the direction of rationalization.But there are some problems:Labor participation rate is too high;The needs of personnel with low cultural quality are broad;The contradiction between supply and demand structure of recruitment and employment is obvious.To improve the personnel supply situation in the employment market of Fujian Province,we should start from improving the educational structure and employees' educational level,strengthening team construction of skilled talents,and so on.The existing assets and factors of production should be reorganized from the very fundamental point,the scale economic benefit and industry related degree should be increased,the quality of employment should be improved,and a modern human resources system should be built up gradually which is conducive to Fujian's economic transformation and upgrading.
