民国时期青岛小学教育经费研究

Research on Qingdao's Primary Education Funding in the Period of the Republic of China

教育经费是教育事业生存和发展的基本物质条件,无论是经费数额、筹措方式,或是使用管理、监督体制,都在制约着教育的规模和发展走向。民国时期的1922年-1937年,青岛小学教育经费投入整体呈上升之势,教育经费来源也更加规范化,这使得经费分配有了稳固的保障,校舍建筑日趋完善,教职员待遇逐渐提高,整个青岛地区小学教育取得一定的发展。

Educational funds is the essential to the survival and development of education.Whether it be the amount of funds,the mode of raising funds,or its management and monitoring system,it will largely restrict the size and development of education.In the period of the Republic of China,from 1922 to 1937,Qingdao＇s primary education funding has showed an overall upward trend and the funding mode has become more standardized,which provides a solid guarantee for the allocation of educational funds.More well-equipped school buildings were constructed;salaries and status of school staff were greatly promoted;The entire primary education in Qingdao obtained the various development.
