摘要
研究了细化18CrNiMo7-6齿坯奥氏体晶粒的热处理工艺,分析了加热速度、热处理制度对奥氏体晶粒大小的影响。试验结果表明,采用快速加热、2次降温正火及增加回火工艺能明显细化18CrNiMo7-6齿坯奥氏体晶粒。
The heat treatment process for refining the austenitic grain size of 18CrNiMo7-6 gear blanks were simulated using muffle furnace and metallographic microscope. The effect of heating speed and heat treatment system on austenitic grain size was analyzed. The results showed that rapid heating, secondary normalizing and adding a tempering process could significantly refine the austenitic grain size of 18OrNiMo7-6 gear blanks.
