摘要
在征地中农民的生态权得不到保障,农村征地生态补偿机制的实质是为了合理分配生态利益,维护农民的生态权,应从科学确立征地生态补偿的主体、补偿的对象、补偿的标准和范围、补偿的方式等方面,构建农村征地生态补偿法律机制。
The ecological rights of our country farmers in land expropriation are not guaranteed. The essence of the ecological compensation mechanism for rural land expropriation is to distribute rationally the ecological interests and safeguard the ecological rights of farmers. It is concluded that the ecological compensation legislation for land expropriation should decide who can get the compensation, and the compensation standard and mode.
