我国农业现代化建设亟需提高农业融资能力和技术装备水平,带来了对大力发展融资租赁的需求。在分析融资租赁服务农业现代化建设优势的基础上,本文根据服务对象特点和成长周期阐述了服务方式,分析了制约我国农业融资租赁发展的多种因素,在观念、政策和措施等方面提出了相应建议。

At the crucial phase of China＇ s construction of agricultural modernization, it is urgent to increase the ability of agricultural financing and level of technology and equipment, which leads to great demand for development of financial leasing. Based on analyzing the advantage of applying financial leasing on serving agricultural modernization, this article manifests the serving modes based on objects and cycles, summarizes the factors on restricting development financial leasing of China＇ s agricuhure, and at last presents suggestions on aspects of concepts, policies and measures.
