腹部手术后因麻醉、创伤、神经抑制反射、炎症等多种因素影响常出现胃肠道功能紊乱现象,这是术后难以避免的并发症,给患者带来巨大的痛苦,是延长住院和术后康复时间的主要因素之一,如不及时处理会导致粘连性肠梗阻等一系列严重后果,本文就腹部手术后胃肠道功能紊乱的病因、病理机制和促进胃肠道功能紊乱恢复的方法等方面的研究进行综述.

Due to anesthesia,trauma,neural inhibitory reflex,inflammation and so on,gastrointestinal disorder is a postoperative complication which is difficult to be avoided after abdominal surgery.Abdominal surgery brings great pain to the patient and is one of the main factors that prolong the duration of hospitalization and postoperative rehabilitation.It can lead to serious consequences such as adhesive intestinal obstruction if not treated in time.This article reviewed the etiology,pathogenesis and treatment of gastrointestinal dysfunction after abdominal surgery.
