硫酸钠对纤维素醚改性水泥浆粘度的影响

摘要 纤维素醚在应用过程中有时会出现粘性明显降低。本文研究了硫酸钠对纤维素醚溶液和纤维素醚改性水泥浆的粘度的影响。结果表明,超过一定掺量的硫酸钠可以使纤维素醚溶液和纤维素醚改性水泥浆中的纤维素醚发生盐析,使纤维素醚失去对水泥浆的增粘作用;不同种类的纤维素醚,发生盐析时的最低硫酸钠掺量不同;纤维素醚发生盐析取决于硫酸钠的在水溶液中的浓度,受纤维素醚浓度和水泥掺量的影响很小。 The viscosity of cellulose ethers sometimes decrease obviously during application. The influence of sodium sulfate on the viscosity of cellulose ethers solutions and cellulose ethers containing cement pastes is investigated in this article. The result show that the salt precipitation of cellulose ethers appears in cellulose ethers solutions and cellulose ethers containing cement pastes when sodium sulfate more than some dosage added,which lead to lose of thickening effect of cellulose ethers on cement pastes. For different type cellulose ethers,the lowest dosages of sodium sulfate are different when the salt precipitation appears. The salt precipitation of cellulose ethers is decided on the concentration of sodium sulfate and little concerned with concentration of cellulose ethers and amount of cement.
