篦冷机熟料变长度等效直管换热模型

Equivalent Straight Pipe Heat Transfer Model with Variable Length of Cement Clinker Porous Media in Grate Cooler

摘要 目前水泥熟料换热规律的研究多采用多孔介质渗流换热理论,需求解连续性方程、动量方程、能量方程的联立方程组,存在求解复杂,不便于工程应用的缺点。为解决此缺点,本文在文献[12]单元体直管等效换热模型的基础上,考虑换热过程中空气的变物性,建立变长度单元体直管等效换热模型,并将其拓展到整体,得到熟料层整体的换热规律。模型理论计算结果与实验数据基本吻合,求解简单,便于工程应用。 Now the researches on the laws of heat transfer of cement clinker are based mainly on the flow and heat transfer theory in porous media. However,it is complex to solve the equations of continuity,the momentum equation and energy equation and not convenient for engineering application. In order to solve the disadvantages,the paper established the equivalent straight pipe heat transfer model with variable length in view of variable property of air base on the model in the WEN Yan [12 ],and got the heat transfer law of accumulation body by the new model expanded to the whole. The experimental value basically agrees well with calculated value,the new method is simple and convenient for engineering application.
