摘要
以分析纯级原料,按照一定比例混合,利用固相反应制备Bi_(1.5)ZnNb_(1.5)O_7陶瓷。研究结果表明:Ni掺杂样品能够有效地降低烧结温度至960℃;样品相结构保持立方焦绿石相;随着Ni^(3+)替代量的增加,介质材料的介电常数及介电损耗逐渐增大;在-195~150℃的温度范围内,介电常数存在明显的弛豫现象,随Ni3+的掺杂量增加,逐渐向高温方向移动,在1 MHz下其峰值温度为:-98.1℃,-97.7℃,-97.1℃,-94.2℃。
Bi1.5ZnNb1.5O7 ceramics were prepared by a conventional solid phase reaction method,The results reveal that Ni-doping can decrease the sintering temperature slightly( from 1000 ℃ to 960 ℃),The samples have single cubic pyrochlore phase. The dielectric constant and dielectric loss are gradually increased with the increment of Ni3 +substitution. The relaxation behavior is obviously observed in temperature range of-195-150 ℃,A shift of the relaxation peak to high temperature is observed,The peak temperature of Ni-doped samples are-98. 1 ℃,-97. 7 ℃,-97. 1 ℃,-94. 2 ℃,respectively.
