摘要
粉煤灰的火山灰反应是其在采空区充填材料中能够发挥作用的主要因素之一,采用酸溶法测定了矸石电厂粉煤灰-Ca(OH)_2-H_2O系统中粉煤灰的化学未溶量及反应率,建立了火山灰反应动力学模型,研究了黄陵、蒲白、澄合、芙蓉矸石电厂和灞桥燃煤电厂粉煤灰的火山灰反应活性。结果表明,矸石电厂粉煤灰的火山灰反应在常温下均符合一级动力学模型,黄陵和芙蓉的矸石电厂粉煤灰的反应速率常数较大,活性较好,蒲白和澄合次之。
The pozzolanic reaction of fly ash is one of major elements that fly ash play a role in the goaf filling material. The reaction ratio and the amount of acid-insoluble substance of fly ash in fly ash-Ca( OH)2-H2O system are measured by using the acid-dissolution method,the kinetic model of pozzolanic reaction of fly ash is established,pozzolanic reactivity of Huangling,Pubai,Chenghe,Furong coal gangue power plant and Baqiao coal-fired power plant fly ashes are studied. The results show that the pozzolanic reactions of five fly ashes conform with the ClassⅠkinetic model,the reaction rate constants of fly ashes of Huangling and Furong are bigger than others and the activities are better,that of Pubai and Chenghe is identified as second.
