改性凹土/NBR/HSR纳米复合材料的制备及性能研究 被引量:6

摘要 采用机械共混法制备改性凹土(AT)/丁腈橡胶(NBR)/高苯乙烯树脂(HSR)纳米复合材料,研究了改性AT部分替代白炭黑对复合材料硫化特性、力学性能、耐磨性、耐介质及热老化等性能的影响,并与白炭黑,或碳酸钙、碳酸镁部分替代白炭黑填充胶料的性能进行了对比;结果表明,改性AT的加入能提高胶料的硬度、300%定伸应力、撕裂强度以及耐热老化性能,改性AT填充胶的拉伸强度、伸长率、耐磨性、耐介质性能与白炭黑填充NBR/HSR胶料的性能相近,但总体明显高于碳酸钙、碳酸镁部分替代白炭黑胶料的性能,说明改性AT具有很好的补强作用。 A novel nano-composite of modified attapulgite( AT) / nitrile rubber( NBR) / high styrene resin( HSR) was prepared by mechanical blending method. and its processing properties,mechanical properties,abrasion resistance,medium resistant performance and thermal aging properties have been studied. and compared with the performance of the calcium carbonate,magnesium carbonate partial replacement of silica or silica filled rubber,it demonstrated that The addition of modified AT can improve the hardness,the 300% tensile stress,tear strength and thermal aging property of the compound material,the tensile strength,elongation,abrasion resistance,resistance to medium performance of the modified AT / NBR / HSR were close to the rubber filled by silica,In general higher than the performance of calcium carbonate,magnesium carbonate partly replace silica compound. Through the comparison of these properties,it can be seen that the reinforcement of modified AT is very good.
