摘要
采用均匀沉淀法制备了锐钛型二氧化钛,然后在适当酸度、DBS浓度、处理温度及反应物浓度环境下将二氧化钛进行了处理,对处理后样品进行了XRD、N_2吸附、粒度分析表征样品的结构、晶体形貌、物性情况及粒度分布情况,发现二氧化钛物性情况有较为明显的改善,处理后的TiO_2样品比表面积达346 m^2·g^(-1),孔容达0.31 m L·g^(-1),TiO_2粒子平均粒径不大于10 nm。
Anatase TiO2 were firstly synthesized by a homogeneous precipitation method,and then treated by suitable acidity,DBS concentration,processing temperature and reactant concentration. The treated samples were characterized by XRD, N2 adsorption-desorption and particle size analysis. Above characterization means impacts on the structure / texture,crystal morphology,and physical properties and distribution of size. The results reveal that the treated TiO2 physical properties improved significantly,specific surface area of 346 m2·g-1,pore volume of 0. 31 m L·g-1,and the average particle size was not more than 10 nm.
