摘要
在当前共享经济和"互联网+"时代,企业管理出现了许多新现象和新问题,给人力资源管理提出了新的要求。本研究以滴滴出行为例,提示了在"互联网+"和共享经济时代,企业进行员工选用、员工考核和员工激励时,可以采用的、不同于以往的政策。在此基础上,本研究进一步分析共享经济和"互联网+"时代特有的人力资源管理如何提升企业竞争力,阐明该管理模式在促进产业,尤其是服务业转型升级中的积极影响。最终,本研究形成了人力资源管理应重视潜在人力资源的开发、借助互联网力量解决人力资源管理问题以及基于"互联网+"思维推动服务行业转型升级等三条结论。
In the era of sharing economy and "Internet +" , firms are faced with many new phenomena and problems, which have raised more requirements for human resource management. Taking the example of DiDi, the study reveals the different measures firms can take in employee identification, assessment and encouragement. Based on this, we further analyze how unique human resource management in sharing economy and "Interact +" improves firm competitiveness and clarifies its positive effects on enhancing industry transformation especially service industry Finally, we have come up with three conclusions: human resource management should focus on developing potential human resources, addressing human resource management problems by using Internet and promoting industrial optimization and transformation in "Interact+" thoughts.
