摘要
2016年"分享经济"首次写入政府工作报告,成为国家鼓励发展的经济形式。本文将分享经济、战略与结构理论与海尔车小微的平台型组织、人力资源管理实践的案例相结合,分析得出分享经济下组织变革呈现出去中心化、无边界化和平台化的特点;商业模式和组织变革将平台团队员工重新定位为"资源接口人",将服务类员工重新定位为多种角色,并根据其新的角色定位总结出人力资源管理活动的样板,以期为分享经济下人力资源管理研究和实践提供参考。
The Sharing Economy began to present in Government Work Report of 2016 and has become a state-encouraged economic form .The article combines classic theories of sharing economy, strategy and organization and the case of Haler Vehicle Micro-enterprise's platform organization and HRM to draw two main conclusions :The new organization has characters of no canter, no boundary and platform; The new business model and organization reposition platform team staffas "resource interfaces" ,service providers as a variety of roles and innovative HRM practices should be adopted according to their new roles. The research hopes to provide s0me references for both academic research and HRM practices in the climate of sharing economy.
