摘要
本文借用企业生命周期理论,总结并归纳小米公司孕育期、求生存期、高速发展期和蜕变期的动态,梳理雷军四个阶段的创业思想并探讨其各阶段思想的联系。研究结论表明,四个阶段的创业目标与任务、所处的内外部环境不同,创业者需有针对性地开展营销策略与竞争战略;四个阶段的思想互为基础、层层递进,创业者需明确各阶段思想的内在联系;在整个生命周期内,创业者需确定其思想核心。
According to the enterprise life cycle theory, this paper summarizes and induces Xiaomi company' s situation of incubation period, the survival stage, high- speed growth stage and metamorphosis stage, carding Lei Jun' s entrepreneurial thinking of four stages and discuss the connection of the thought in each stage. It shows that the business objectives and tasks, internal and external environment are different in four stages, entrepreneurs need to be targeted to carry out the different marketing strategy and competition strategy; Four stages of progressive ideas is as foundation, layer upon layer, entrepreneurs need to clear the relationship of the thought in four periods; In the whole life cycle, entrepreneurs need to determine its core ideas.
