商陆色素对羊毛织物的染色性能

Study on dyeing properties of wool fiber with pokeberry pigment

采用天然染料商陆果实色素对羊毛纤维进行染色,通过测试酸的种类及用量、温度、时间对上染百分率的影响及染色织物颜色变化,确定其最佳染色工艺,并对染色织物的耐皂洗牢度、耐摩擦牢度进行测定。试验证明：商陆果实色素在羊毛上得色较高,色泽鲜艳,且在弱酸浴中染色,入染温度40℃,染色温度为60℃,醋酸用量为6%~8%（owf）,染色时间60 min的条件下上染百分率比较高,可达89.55%,色泽比较稳定,保持原有色泽能力强。

The wool fiber was dyed with natural dye pokeberry fruit pigment. By testing the type and dosage of acid,temperature,time of dye uptake percentage and dyed fabric color change,it determined the optimum dyeing process,and the dyeing fabric of soaping fastness,rubbing fastness were measured.Experiments showed that the pokeberry pigment in wool dyeing was higher,bright color,and dyed in weak acid bath,dyeing temperature of 40 ℃,dyeing temperature is 60 ℃,dosage of acetic acid for6% ~ 8%（ owf）,staining time of 60 min,under the conditions the dye uptake is relatively high,reaching 89. 55%,colour and lustre is relatively stable,keeping original color ability strong.
