摘要
分析当前羽绒制品含绒量检测方法的现状及弊端,在此基础上根据空气动力学原理开发了一款快速测试含绒量的装置,该装置在机械和气流的作用下,可以将形状不同、质量不同、密度不同、作用上力不同的羽毛和羽绒分开。文章详细介绍了该装置的结构及各部分的连接关系与作用,其优点是测试取样大、测试速度快,准确性高。经对比实验可以发现仪器检测法较手工挑拣效率提高100多倍,准确率相差不多。该装置可以解决企业和检验部门测试含绒量费时费力的问题。
This paper analyzes the current situation and disadvantages of the method and the standard for measuring the down content of down and feather products. According to the aerodynamics principle,a device for measuring the down content is developed. Under the action of mechanical force and airflow,the machine will separate the down and feather which have different shapes,different quality and different density. The structure of the device and the function,connection relationship of each part of the device are introduced in detail. The advantage of the device is that the test sample may be bigger,the testing speed is fast and the accuracy is high. By comparison of experiments we can found that the instrument detection method' efficiency is over 100 times than hand picking method. Accuracy rate is roughly the same. The device can solve the time-consuming and laborious problem of testing down content in the enterprise and inspection departments.
