骨肽注射液的临床应用及其药理作用

Clinical application of ossotide injection and its pharmacological action thereof

骨肽注射液可促进成骨细胞增殖和破骨细胞凋亡且对骨代谢和血液相关指标具有积极作用,可用于促进骨折愈合、治疗骨质疏松症和消炎镇痛等,其临床应用广泛。但是,由于研究质量参差不齐,在将研究结论推广至临床前需谨慎考虑所得结论的可靠性,以免造成骨肽注射液滥用。本文检索中国期刊全文专题数据库(CNKI)、中国科技期刊数据库(VIP)及万方数据库等多个数据库,对纳入分析的文献,提取有关骨肽注射液的药理作用研究和临床应用的信息并对其进行综述。

Objective Ossotide injection can promote the proliferation of osteoblast and the apoptosis of osteoclast, as well as playing the positive effects on bone metabolism and some related blood parameters, and ossotidc injection can be used in the treatment of fracture healing, osteoporosis, anti- inflammation, analgesia and the like. Ossotide injection is widely used in the clinic. However, before extending the research results in such articles to the clinic, one should consider the reliability of the conclusions obtained in such articles in case that ossotide injection is abused. In this paper, articles published on CNKI, VIP, WANFANG and many other databases of the clinical application of ossotide injection and the pharmacological action thereof was searched. As to the articles being included, the information on the research of pharmacological action and the clinical application about ossotide injection was reviewed in this paper.
